Cap Rock Telephone’s headquarters is located in Spur, Texas. It is a locally owned and operated cooperative providing Internet, TV and Telephone services to rural West Texas. It proudly serves residential and commercial customers in 12 counties and across 5000 square miles of the Rolling Plains.
Over the years Cap Rock has evolved, with new technologies, to provide broadband and High Definition TV service to its customers. As technology has changed, so has the look and feel of the cooperative. In 2014 Cap Rock initiated Project Fiber-to-The-Home (FTTH). With the introduction of fiber to the home, Cap Rock has ensured a seamless and dependable connection, as fiber has virtually unlimited bandwidth. This makes it "future safe," a standard medium that will be in place for a long time to come.

In 2017 we introduced our new company logo incorporating all aspects of Cap Rock. Staffed with knowledgeable people who not only work in your area but live here also. This gives us a much better understanding of our customer’s needs and what they expect. Cap Rock employees are also active members in the community; by coaching Little League, working the concession stand, helping fight a fire or delivering meals to the elderly.
