My Printer/scanner/Monitoring device is unable to Send Emails on the New Server
Before configuring such a device, we recommend that you have the latest firmware for the device installed first. When configuring the printer/device to send emails, the device has to be configured to use SMTP-authentication with a full email address as the login ID. Cap Rock Telephone Cooperative, Inc. does not support open mail relay.
